The Best Thrift Stores in the Fargo-Moorhead Area

When it comes to thrifting, believe it or not, certain secondhand stores are better than others. If you live in a big city, I would recommend hitting the shops located in suburbs/neighborhoods that are higher class. More times than not you can find some high quality brands and sometimes even luxury items. Since Gems & Hems is located out of the Fargo-Moorhead area, I am going to list some of my favorite thrift shops in the area.

#1 Savers

As I've visited different Savers throughout the United States, I have noticed that these are very hit or miss. Luckily, the Savers in Fargo is great! Whether it be apparel, books, or home decor, I have never left this Savers empty-handed.

#2 New Life Thrift Store

The New Life Thrift Store in South Fargo is a newer addition that I have only visited a couple times. Each time I've shopped there, I have came out with treasures. My favorite places to look in here is the clothing and the shoe section!

#3 Dakota Boys and Girls Club

One of the main reasons I love the

Dakota Boys and Girls Club in Dilworth is because it receives a large amount of the goods from target that did not sell. Did I mention that these items still have tags on them?! Not only do they carry apparel from target, they also carry home decor.
