My favorite way to find estate sales is by using Facebook Marketplace, the good old fashioned newspaper, and EstateSales.Net.

Tip #1

Look at EstateSales.Net to find pictures of what types of items are at the sale so you know beforehand if it's worth your time.

Tip #2

If you are looking for something specific, it is important to go to the sale as soon as possible. On the other hand, if you are looking for a deal, I would recommend you go on the last day. Usually by the last day of the sale, everything is 50% off.

Tip #3

When searching for estate sales in your area, target higher scale neighborhoods.
